SGen-1000 A / Air-Cooled
Air-cooled generators are available using either Totally Enclosed Water to Air-Cooled (TEWAC) or Open Air-Cooled (OAC) systems depending on your requirements.
Due to its compact arrangement SGen-1000A series is ideal for simple cycle, combined cycle, cogeneration and steam power plants ranging up to 350 MVA.

- Reduced complexity / higher reliability with fewer auxiliaries:

- Spring mounted stator to minimize vibration transmission to foundation
- Uniform temperatures over the entire stator and rotor lengths through:
- Symmetrical ventilation of the stator and rotor
- Indirectly cooled stator winding with excellent heat transfer
- Radially ventilated stator core
- Directly, radially cooled rotor winding
