Scope
| Plant details | The high-voltage transmission system was upgraded from 220 kV to 380 kV in Thüringen / Germany on a large scale. Within the scope of the new construction Siemens AG won 1997 the contract to built 9 bays 380 kV air insulated switchgear inclusive necessary secondary equipment. First the existing 220 kV substation had to be disassembled and cleaned up to get space for the new substation. |
