E-Service Applications for Industrial Gas Turbines up to 15 MW
The generic illustrated parts catalogue allows the user to drill down graphically through the engine core to identify spare part references and quantities. The core engine catalogues are available for TA, TB, SGT-100 (formerly: Typhoon) and SGT-200 (formerly: Tornado) engines at present. Customer-specific package catalogues are available as a contract option. more
Spares Finder enables the user to search using key words or partial part numbers to identify a range of spares and current stock availability, which is updated daily. An extended range of data is available on parts, such as hazardous information photographs of the parts, and weights and sizes. more
Due to advances in technology, E-Service access to Service Bulletins has become obsolete. Service bulletins are now hosted on the "Siemens Extranet" in an area called "Service Products Inventory". Customers who already have access to the E-Service application will have their details migrated to this new system and should be contacted in the near future with links and access details. Once customers have been contacted, E-Service functionality for Service Bulletins will be removed. New customers who want on-line access to Service Bulletins should send the following details tosit.maintainability.energy@siemens.com - Company, last name, first name, telephone number, e-mail address, country, sales order number/s, Siemens contact name if known." These details will also be cross checked and added to our list of Service Bulletin email addresses so that newly released Service Bulletins can be sent directly to them." more
