Long Term Programs are managed programs for parts, parts repairs, program management and services for gas turbines, steam turbines, and generators. By offering enhanced warranties, they reduce your risk.
The program manager is the single point of contact for you. His tasks include the scheduling of outages, creation of reports, coordination of the parts inventory and on-time shipment/delivery and the tracking field issues requests. In addition, the program manager is your partner for troubleshooting, technical support and has access to the Siemens engineering network.
