How do I register?
The Customer Portal for Power Transmission & Distribution Service (hereafter "Portal") provides password-protected access to Siemens maintenance and technical documentation for end-user Siemens T&D equipment customers and partners. Access to the Portal shall be granted at the sole discretion of the Siemens Energy, Inc. Portal team.
Note: On February 22, 2010, Siemens migrated the Portal to a new application platform. Not all users of the previous application were able to be migrated. If you think you may fall into this group, first try to reset your password (see "What if I forgot my password?). If unsuccessful, then please re-register.

Upon being granted access, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your username (email address) and a temporary password, which you'll need to reset the first time you login.
