Inspections, Assessments and Outage Services
Siemens provides physical condition and thermal performance assessments on a wide variety of power generation facilities around the world. Our range of boiler and HRSG inspection services starts with a historical review of operational data, drawings and modifications. It then proceeds to basic visual inspections and more advanced inspections and analyses. Based on the inspection, Siemens can provide further support to:
- Identify components most susceptible to damage
- Analyze and interpret the significance of inspection results
- Develop inspection contingencies
- Identify changes in the HRSG condition from initial design
- Generate an engineering interpretation of inspection results.
This includes an assessment of operational capability and compliance with ASME code requirements
- Evaluate potential remaining life
- Supply and install all boiler components.
